Monique Gary, DO, MSc, FACS

Dr. Monique Gary is the SVP/Chief Medical Officer of Bexa, an innovative, global healthcare company revolutionizing early cancer detection. Through its proprietary, FDA Class II system using AI enhanced technologies, Bexa is providing accurate, density independent radiation-free breast exams to address screening gaps and improve access and adoption around the world.

Her clinical appointment includes breast surgical oncology within the St. Luke’s University Hospital Network. Beyond the hospital, she is the founder and CEO of Still Rise Farms, a 40-acre wellness incubator in Sellersville, PA, dedicated to bridging conventional medicine and integrative, evidence-based wellness. In collaboration with pharmaceutical and industry partners, Still Rise sponsors hands-on educational programs and RWE research dedicated to exploring how wellness practices can complement—not compete with—medical and therapeutic advances.
Through community-centered programming that includes youth and families, Dr. Gary advances a vision of personalized, inclusive wellness that meets people where they are, from prevention to recovery.

Dr. Gary completed her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and her general surgery training at UMass, followed by the Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital. She holds a faculty appointment with the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and is a medical advisor to cancer advocacy organizations worldwide. Globally, she has been an invited speaker at the World Economic Forum, health technology conferences including HLTH and Atlantic’s People v. Cancer, as well as national medical societies including the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN). Her work is published in numerous peer-reviewed journals annually.

Her impact has been widely recognized through numerous honors, including Fierce Healthcare’s Most Influential Minority Executives, OncoDaily’s 100 Influential Women in Oncology, CBS-KYW Philadelphia’s Women’s Achievement Award, and the Living Beyond Breast Cancer Donna Noce Colaco Going Beyond Award.
